By accessing and using JobCost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
JobCost is a job costing and profit tracking application designed for contractors. The Service allows users to track project costs, calculate profits, and manage job finances.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Limitation of Liability
JobCost and Seven Alpha Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
